Nikki and Stuart have farmed their way across Ontario and parts of Quebec for the last decade. Both grew up in the Kingston/ Wolfe Island area, and are very happy to be back in the hood and serving this community! Inspired by the principles of Agroecology, Rooted Oak strives to nurture the land and our community using practices that put the environment first. Utilizing a combination of modern technology as well as traditional farm philosophy, Rooted Oak Farm uses ecologically sustainable systems and practices in the understanding that true sustainability is not just financial but includes the environment, quality of life and stewardship of the land.

Rooted Oak grows over 40 different types of vegetables and a wide array of cut flowers.
