Our market regulars are probably aware that Zia Rita retired in 2022 and many have asked if the market had found a substitute vendor/product for Rita’s delicious Gluten- Free products! Well… we have great news! Rita’s business has been taken over by the wonderful Mona who will continue to create and sell the Zia Rita tasty product line!

Mona uses ALL certified Gluten-Free flours in her baking, bread, desserts and pizza crusts. Whether you eat gluten or not, her seasonal fruit desserts are divine! Zia Rita’s kitchen is a dedicated gluten-free facility but products may contain nuts.
